I went her a second time to have him replace the face on my limited edition, mirror face Movado watch and he just destroyed it. I brought him the face and the screw that came off within hours of it popping off and a month later, he still hadn't called to tell me it was ready. When I finally called, he told me it was ready for pickup but failed to mention that he scratched the mirror face in about 10 different places and then essentially used super glue to glue the face of the watch back on. He just ruined a watch that costs thousands of dollars. I'm absolutely disgusted with the work that he did. See pictures. There is visible glue on my watch! And when I asked him about the scratches and the dust underneath the timepiece sitting on the mirror face, he explained that he used compressed air before replacing the face and that's how dust must have gotten in there.

I asked him why he wouldn't clean the mirror before replacing the face and he told me he didn't want to touch it because they are easy to scratch. I know! That's why I brought it to a professional! Looking at it today, in the light, it's very likely I'm going to take some sort of legal action, this watch was expensive and now there are glue streaks and scratches everywhere.

Met the owner and he did a great job cleaning my wedding set. It looked brand new like the day I got it:) fast friendly & I know I will trust only Avanti for any of my jewelry needs:)
